Service Providers
Authorized towing operators, roadside assistance providers, recovery agents, locksmiths,
battery technicians, and other approved providers necessary to fulfill your service
request. We use third party companies and individuals to facilitate ASSISTME Platform,
provide or perform certain aspects of ASSISTME Platform on our behalf – such as
Providers and other third-parties to host ASSISTME Platform, design and/or operate
ASSISTME Platform’s features, track ASSISTME Platform’s analytics, process payments,
engage in anti-fraud and security measures, provide customer support, provide
geo-location information to our drivers, enable us to send you special offers, host our
job application form, perform technical services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance
services, database management, web analytics and improvement of ASSISTME Platform’s
features), or perform other administrative services. We may provide these vendors with
access to user information, including Personal Information, this information sharing is
limited to only the information needed by the vendor to carry out the services they are
performing for you or for us. Each of these vendors are obligated not to disclose or use
Personal Information for any other purpose. This exception does not encompass our use of
third-party analytics vendors who evaluate and provide us with information about the use
of ASSISTME Platform and viewing of our content. However, such vendors may set and
access their own cookies, web beacons and embedded scripts on your Device and they may
otherwise collect or have access to information about you, including non-personally
identifiable information. You acknowledge that these services providers/vendors/ may be
based outside of Kingdom of Bahrain and You hereby consent to transferring your
information outside the Kingdom of Bahrain as may be required.
Business Partners
Insurance companies, fleet operators, automotive dealerships, banks, travel assistance
providers, and membership organizations where services are delivered under contractual
agreements.
Technology and Payment Providers
Third-party vendors who support payment processing, system hosting, analytics, customer
communication, and platform operations.
Business Transfer
We may share your information, including your Personal Information and Usage Information
with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, our auditors, insurers,
professional advisors, consultants on a need-to-know basis. We also reserve the right to
disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner, or
operator of ASSISTME Platform or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a
corporate merger, consolidation, bankruptcy, restructuring, the sale of substantially
all of our equity interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during
the course of any due diligence process. To the maximum extent allowable by law, the
Privacy Policy will apply to the user information as transferred to the successor
entity. However, user information submitted after a transfer to a successor entity may
be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.
Legal Authorities
Government agencies, regulators, law enforcement authorities, or courts where disclosure
is required by applicable law.
